    I have 16 800 credits to reward, the last were earned on 27 December off I've not received December 30, I wanted to know if this is normal or if there was actually a mistake.

    Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

    I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

    Forza Horizon 2 Rewards??

    The rewards program is great. I really like how it gives you credits for Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2. I'm about to reach level seven and have received close to 3 million in credits. Its nice to be rewarded for playing a game you love.

    It's normal. Credits are scheduled for deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the
    15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So yours would not have been earned in time for the last deposit of December. They should deposit on the 12th of this month.

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
    gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

    Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

    Still haven't gotten my rewards points for Recore or Gears of war 4

    For help with the Rewards program, you'll want to post in the Rewards program forum. There were no offers to receive credits for preordering Recore digitally. If you preordered it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com and did not receive the credits,
    Rewards support will have to look into it.

    Gears credits would depend on when you preordered it and if it was preordered digitally or physically.
