Not received my credits for my VIP purchases from last month

I spent a decent amount on purchases last month according to my VIP gems it worked out to around £96 on games and additional content for those games, February has been and gone, and the VIP star rank credit purchases have not been added to my rewards account,
any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Edit: Actually I spent £139.28 last month with elite dangerous being on the 28th so no Idea if that's thrown it out, but it now seems I am missing some VIP gems as well....

No rewards for purchases last two months

I have not received any rewards for purchases in the past two months. The last time I received rewards for purchases was in March. I normally receive 8% back each month because My VIP Star Rank is 4.

 

Missing rebates and Gold status

Hi, I noticed that I not are GOLD , but i am gold. Never got the reward credits for my purchases last month. I got my mission credits, and the credits for the March survey. Today I see the credits for the April survey posted, so now I'm wondering why I haven't
received my credits for my purchases last month. Also fix my gold status.

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see them pending.

 

ok thank you its just that all my other rebates recently have shown up as added on the 31st, I did an edit as gems are meant to show up within 96hrs from what I read and there seems to be a decent chunk missing

 

Rebates are always shown with the last date of the month they are for so you know what mon th they are for. But they're always added a couple of weeks after.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Keep in mind that also as stated in our FAQ, in-game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP and do not award Gems or payback Credits.
