    Hey it's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't received my codes for the original Gears games, I talked to support and they told me to post a thread here!

    Purchased GOW4 did not receive the collection of previous games

    I purchased the GOW4 ultimate edition on 12/10/2016 but have not received the codes for the previous 4 Xbox 360 games.

    Where are my gears of war codes???????

    Hi bought GOW4 Ultimate editions over a month ago and still have not received any codes!! This is a total joke. It should be immediate!!!!!

    To qualify for this promotion, you just need to purchase and/or redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption/purchase of
    Gears of War 4. So the codes will appear, they just are being sent out in waves. If you're not seeing the codes after 30 days from when you first played, please create a new post and we'd be happy to take a closer look into this. You can find more information

    @ A Blue Illusion, it shouldn't matter that you don't have your copy of the Ultimate Edition anymore, I got rid of mine too a few months ago and I still got a code for the GOW4 beta. I think aslong as you have played the Ultimate Edition at some point you
    should still get a code.

    GOW4 is a Play Anywhere compatible title (purchasing it digitally from the Store) and you can play it on console and PC. Unfortunately, the offer to receive GOW 1, 2 and 3 (playing GOW Ultimate Edition before the date) is now finished on December 31st 2015.
