    Not received my codes for gears 1 2 3 and 4.


    I purchased gears of war ultimate edition from the xbox store a few days ago, and the promotion said it came with the previous gears games. But I'm yet to receive and codes or info about to get them!?.

    Didn't receive GOW legacy codes for pc

    I bought the Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition from BestBuy. I didn't received my download codes for Gears of War 1, 2, 3, and Judgment. I only received the download code for Gears of War 4.

    Gears codes

    I have reported this three times now to Xbox Support Chat: I have not received correct codes for Gears 1 and Gears 3. I purchased the Gears 4 Ultimate Console and received working codes for Gears 2 and Judgement, but the codes for Gears 1 and 3 report a
    region error. This isn't my problem, so sort it out please. Thanks.

    After further investigation, we've determined that you are not eligible for the promotion for one of these following reasons:

    • You must have played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition while connected to Xbox Live before Dec. 31st 2015. If you played after that date, you will not qualify for this offer.
    • If you are located in Japan, Germany, or China, you do not qualify for this promotion. Additionally, if you are located in a non Xbox Live supported region, you will not qualify. For a list of supported Xbox Live regions, please check our Xbox
      Live Countries       page.
    • If you are under the age of 17 or have set your birth date incorrectly on your account (Example: December 12th 1899), you will not qualify for this offer. Your account must be set up correctly to reflect your accurate birth date. To check the birth

    Okay, it's now the 19th and I still haven't received my code for fallout 3, on a side note, I received my gears of war 1 and 2 codes for ultimate edition but not 3 and judgement.
