    Not received my £45 promo code with the purchase of a xbox one...


    I was offered a £45 promotional code with the purchase of a xbox one console from any retailer from 22/7/2014 through 15/8/2014. (Which I did as I purchased one and set it up on the 30/7/2014). The ad then stated that the gift code will be sent from
    xbox to my xbox one message centre by the 22/8/14 but I have not received such code.

    I also have not received any promo code from this same promo event. I thought it was just gonna be considered free and not have to get a promo code. Money has been taken out. Didn't get a email or nothing about this promo so i have no way of knowing if
