    Not received my 4% cashould back on my VIP rank 2 with my purchases


    hI I have not been receiving any cash back on any on my VIP rank purchases and I spent extra money to get to my VIP rank 2 to get my 4% back on purchases I have made over the past two years can I please get this fixed and receive what I am entitled to thank

    No rewards for purchases last two months

    I have not received any rewards for purchases in the past two months. The last time I received rewards for purchases was in March. I normally receive 8% back each month because My VIP Star Rank is 4.

    No Change to VIP or Pending Credits After Purchase

    I preordered and completed a purchase of Injustice 2 and have not received any change to My VIP percentage or any pending rewards credits based on the My VIP rank.

    Hi DEAN MILLION. We've looked at your account and you have been receiving MyVIP payback. The last payback award was for September for 3,600 Credits and have been deposited to your Microsoft account. You can find this on your MyStatement. October payback
    have not yet been awarded. Those are calculated at the end of the month and awarded by the 15th of the following month.

    As stated in the FAQ, pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP:

    What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
    movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
    or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    We see that your current progress is accurate after the last yearly calibration that took place in January 2017. Also, please note that as stated in the sticky on this forum, there is no calibration this year.
