    I spoke to the bank and they told me they don't accept refunds right now

    They have a problem if I can cancel the refund and play a game because I see I lost my money

    It must be a merchandise credit card method to Receive my money

    xbox points converted to $ on wrong account

    MS Points were discontinued, i received an email saying my account had been credited with MS $ instead. Go to buy some DLC today... no credit in the account. I think they refunded my money to a seperate MS account (my hotmail address) rather than the xbox
    live activated account i have under my gmail.

    If you transferred the money from your bank account (instead of credit card or PayPal) then the transfer usually won't happen until the next working day. In this case the money should go out on Monday and be received by Microsoft on Tuesday. (That's
    how it works here in my country anyway.) So you may have to wait a couple of days.
