    Did not receive Sea of Thieves DLC

    I purchased a 3 month XBL gold on March 24th mainly to get the Sea of Thieves Mercenary pack amd never received the SoT DLC. Did anyone else have this problem?

    We appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. This particular promotion was a retailer promotion. It ended more than a week ago and the code would have been give to you only by the retailer at the time of purchase. You would have had to reach out
    to the retailer during the time of promotion and the purchase would need to have been made during the time of the promotion. Thank you.
