Not received Groove 3 months free promotional code.

Tried various means of contact, been sent through various departments over chat and now have been told to place my problem here.

I'm disgusted at how unprofessional this whole process has been. My 1 month groove free trial expired 3 days ago and I haven't received the free 3 months promotional code I was meant to receive in the first 30 days.

This is a common problem after looking at various support requests over the internet, why does this keep happening? I hope to receive a response promptly.

Groove Free Trial, Limited Further Free 3 Month Promotion

Hi there,

I have not yet received my further 3 month trial promotional code for Microsoft Groove. I signed up for a free trial yesterday. How long does the process take normally for this limited offer?

I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
like stated in the offer.

Nevermind. Contacted Xbox support again who after speaking to a different agent they were able to provide me with the Code I was after. (This was after I was told to post here as only the moderators can sort the issue). Close this thread down - but Microsoft,
train your agents better! Or better yet, create a dedicated support chat for Groove!

I signed up on August 14th 2016 for groove music pass during the 1 month +3 months free and did not receive my code for my extra 3 months free. Could I still get it?
