    not received gears of war legacy codes for xbox one


    I bought gears of war 4 from the Microsoft store, on the bottom the was a disclaimer that said I would get the codes for the previous gears of war games for xbox one.

    I have renewed a xbox live gold subscription and played solo campaign via the xbox one console and my PC, i have also played a few games online via the console, well before the dead line which is 30th December 2016

    i only bought gears of war 4 because of the extra games.

    Investigating further online it also stated I would get the previous games.

    So do I get the games as I have no messages or dashboard messages

    can somone plz check my gamertag is

    Gears 4 Legacy promotion

    Good day friend. For Christmas I received a copy of Gears of War 4. It was supposed to come with codes for the legacy games, as advertised here https://www.gamestop.com/xbox-one/games/gears-of-war-4/129006
    below the reviews. I looked forward to playing the legacy games first but did not receive a physical code from Gamestop or digital from Xbox live. Anyway I can have help acquiring the codes?

    Missing Promo Items from the Fallout 4/Gears of War Promo

    Hey Chris -

    Thanks for the link. Regarding your Gears of War legacy collection. Once you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that came with your console, that will trigger the system to put you in queue to receive your codes for the legacy collection. The physical copy
    of Fallout 4, however, is something we do not have any further information on and that would be up to GameStop to fulfill.

    Hopefully that helps clarify a bit. :)

    Couple clarification questions for you. Are you looking for the Gears of War legacy collection for having purchased Gears of War 4 or something else? Also, is this Gamertag that you are posting from the account that received the codes? If the codes were
    sent to a different account, that Gamertag will have to post a new thread as we are unable to assist except with the customer that received the content.

    I've have been waiting as well, I bought mine from the MS online store. I bought the 1 TB version but still have not received the codes for the legacy collection.

    I also redeemed the code for the Gears of War 4 game.

    Gears of War 2 is available now on the backwards compatability for xbox one, if you pre-ordered the Gears of War remaster for xbox one you should have received codes as a verification of this.
