Not received gears of war 3 or judgment codes

Hi

As per title I still haven't received the codes for gears of war 3 and judgment as part of the ultimate edition promotion last year. I got sent the codes for gears of war 1&2 but as of yet haven't received the codes for the other 2 games.

Can this please be looked into?

Have not received my bonus content codes

with one has not received his codes for gears of war 4 and did not get the code for gears of war judgment 1or 2 or 3 or judgment

Gears of War 2 game code missing from Ultimate Edition Promo

I purchased Gaers of War Ultimate Edition in Dec 2015, played in the required time frame to be eligible for the listed free games:

Gears of War (received code)

Gears of War 2 (DID NOT RECEIVE CODE)

Gears of War 3 (received code)

Gear of War Judgment (received code)

I received codes for GoW, GoW 3, GoW Judgment....noticed I received no code for Gears of War 2

Any suggestions how I could get this corrected?

Hi, sorry for my bad english. I try all my best that you can understand me.

I have 3 Codes:

"Gears of War", "Gears of War 3" and "Gears of War: Judgment".

I just tried to reenter the codes. The "Gears of War 3"-Code and "Gears of War: Judgment"-Code works!

Only the "Gears of War"-Code doesn't work.

I get these Message:

Something went wrong

Just one last question: I did not get the games codes xbox 360 gears of war 1 2 3 and judgment because I did not play before 26 Decembers on gears of war ultimate edition... But I received the code gears ultimate edition only January 6

you can do something about it?

I have not received any of the gears of war codes I have gears of war 1 but not 2,3 & judgment. Please send me the codes I have been waiting forever.

Update: I just received my two codes for Gears 3 and Judgment, and of course, was unable to download Gears 3 but was able to download Judgment. Seems to me that region lock is not the issue.
