    I recently purchased a Xbox one S which came with a digital copy of gears 4 to which I believed I was entitled to the codes to the previous gears, I am yet to receive these said codes. Thanks.

    Gears of War 4 promotion

    I received an XBox One S with Gears of War 4 for Christmas. Not long after installing I received a notice with the promised download codes for Gears 3 and Gears: Judgement. However I still have not received the codes for Gears 1 or Gears 2. Can you please
    resend the codes for these two games.

    Gears of War 2 game code missing from Ultimate Edition Promo

    I purchased Gaers of War Ultimate Edition in Dec 2015, played in the required time frame to be eligible for the listed free games:

    Gears of War (received code)

    Gears of War 2 (DID NOT RECEIVE CODE)

    Gears of War 3 (received code)

    Gear of War Judgment (received code)

    I received codes for GoW, GoW 3, GoW Judgment....noticed I received no code for Gears of War 2

    Any suggestions how I could get this corrected?

    Gears 1 is not available for download in Germany so you would not be able to download that game.
    Yes it is. It's been taken off the index like 2 months ago or so. That's why I received the code. When I purchased GoW: Ultimate Edition, I never received codes for Gears 1 and 2, because they were not available in Germany. but since then, Gears 1 is, so
    I got the code. Gears 2 still isn't available here, that's why I didn't receive a code for it.

    Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
    for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!
