Not received game pass code

Hello, back when I joined the XBOX Rewards there was an offer mentioning a free month of XBOX Game Pass - upon joining the rewards, I never received the code, and spoke to your chat team twice, both times they said to give it some more time.

It has now been over 2 months, and still no game pass has been activated for me, please advise? Thanks

To be sure, did you renew Gold through the console dashboard promotion screen when you renewed?

Have you gone through all of your messages from Xbox on the console?

If you are still not seeing anything it is possible that you did not fully qualify for the promotion.

You can try reaching out to the chat team to see if they can confirm that your account qualified.

If it did then we suggest requesting that they activate the service on your account. If they attempt to send you back to the forums be sure to let them know you have posted here and that we have confirmed that they are the ones with the proper tools to look
into this. We do not have those tools here on the forums.

Yes I told them about it. They drove me back to the forums. I renewed on my dashboard and all you had to do was renew gold so I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t qualify. That would make no sense. Anyways, they told me I was qualified. They still drove me back
to the forums. I went through all my messages and still no code. At this point, I’m not very happy. I just want my free month of the game pass. Any help?

We understand the frustration but as stated they will need to provide that content as we do not have the ability to do so.

Reach back out to them and request a manager to have your situation escalated. That should get you a more direct line to the proper people.

Not Game Pass Code received?!

I renewed my Xbox Gold when the Free Month of Game Pass promo was going on and I have yet to receive my code. I really want that code because that's what was promised to me. Please help!

That was actually a Microsoft Rewards program offer, not an Xbox Rewards program offer. You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

The game itself is not in question. The game downloaded and worked fine. When you purchase the game you receive a code for the Unlimited pass, which I did not receive. This pass in retail copies is on an insert.

I went through the games with gold page. clicked on the Xbox Game Pass special offer and selected renew now from the page to sign up for 1 year of game pass for $99 and receive Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3 for free. I did not receive the codes to
download the Forza games. support told me to post on here.

Did you receive the Forza Codes?

I bought it on 14-Sep with three friends. They received the codes but not me.
