Not received Game pass code, Microsoft Support doesn't want to help.

Never got the code either. They will claim that the offer was updated for the US after the 10th October with new T&C's. I'm convinced the deal was NOT advertised correctly in the UK because not once did I see any T&C's updated.

Thanks for coming to the forums. Were you a new customer or did you previously have game pass? The promotion was for new customers as an incentive to get more subscribers.

Usually the rewards are sent a couple weeks after being its been a month its most likely didn't qualify for the promotion.

I checked couple of times if the promotion is intended for new customers and it was not the case. The only limittations were as follows:

- Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, and is only available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom,
to all consumers who purchase a single 1-month Xbox Game Pass from Xbox.com, Xbox console, or Xbox app using PayPal as their purchase instrument, and consumers who currently use PayPal for the their recurring Xbox Game Pass membership payments
(does not include purchases or payments made with any PayPal branded debit or credit card when used outside of the PayPal wallet).

- Limited to one bonus month per person.

- This offer ends on October 31st, 2018 or while supplies last, and is not redeemable for cash.

- Codes are valid until January 29th 2019.

- Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your bonus 1-month code via the Xbox Message Center.

- Xbox Game Pass subscription continues to be charged monthly at the then current price (subject to change; plus applicable taxes) unless cancelled.

if anyone received the codes, where did they come from? was it Microsoft techs that provided them from XBOX? please advise. No one wants to help out with this problem from their technical support team neither by phone or by chat support. they only recommend
posting on here but it doesn't accomplish anything.
