Not received ea access code after buying fifa 17

As the title says I bought fifa 17 sometime last week and in the description it said I would get an ea access code within 7 - 10 days and I have yet to receive it I contacted live support and they said I weren't eligible for it because I boughy it the day
after release however when I bought it still had in the description that I would get a code. So I would like my code or I may have to request a refund

I have a active EA account and we have EA sport FIFA 17 Standard edition loaded but I have not received early access code and I can't play my FIFA 17 before release date.

I didn't receive the EA Access Codes.

I haven't received ea acces code either after pre-ordering fifa 17

Unfortunately, receiving a free month of EA Access was for pre-orders of FIFA 17. If you purchased the game after launch, we are unable to assist further. We are only able to recover codes sent to you digitally, we cannot generate or provide new ones. FIFA
17 was released on September 29, 2017 and as you purchased it on September 30, 2017 (the day after release, per your original post), we are unable to further assist.
