    Not received any xbox live rewards after buying various items for a long time now any ideas?


    For quite a while now I have been buy most of my game titles from the xbox store but I haven't been receiving my xbox live rewards any ideas has to why plz help?

    Xbox Gold Quests issue

    I completed February's Xbox rewards quests but did not received any message from Xbox Live yet. Last time when i completed the quests i received the rewards on 14th for the next month but nothing this month till now. What's the issue?

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. If you can post any specific offers you're looking for credits from, that would help them check.

    I want to convert my Microsoft Rewards points to Xbox points.

    There are,

    You can go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/redeem/ and select any of the items there. There are entries in various sweepstakes, gift cards (I'm seeing Starbucks, Gamestop, Xbox Live, Xbox currency cards).
