Not Received Any Quantum Break Digital Pre-order Codes

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

 

Quantum Break / Alan Wake Codes

I pre-ordered a digital copy of Quantum Break and I have not received the advertised pre-order bonus codes for Alan Wake: American Nightmare, Alan Wake (+DLC), or the Win10 version of Quantum Break.

 

If you digitally pre-ordered on Xbox One you should receive Alan Wake and the Windows 10 code within 7-10 days from launch day via Xbox Live message.

 

I have only received American Nightmare.

Just been speaking to someone on Live Chat and have been informed everything should have already arrived and asked me to post here?

Can anybody help me out?

Ah, just in case it wasn't obvious, I preordered Quantum Break and I haven't yet received my Windows 10 code for Quantum Break, please gief as soon as possible, very keen to play!

As I stated above, codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version will start going out via XBL message 7-10 days after tomorrows launch.

From what Matty is saying, the support is saying the"7-10 days of launch" that it says in the description of the pre-order was meant to be sent prior to the release of the game. So not necessarily within that time period before or after launch.

still no quantum break for windows 10 or Alan wake with dlc, i preordered quantum break and wanted to play it on my gaming rig at 4k ultra 60fps not on my Xbox one at 720p fuzzy 30fps, i am seriously going off my xbox one with the high digital prices, terrible
resolution 720p/900p and sub standard below 30fps dont even get me started one the gamebreaking bugs on a lot of AAA games,while the ps4 gets 1080p 60fps most of the time.

I find this frustrating. Part of the reason I was motivated to pre-order the game was to play it on both my Xbox AND PC. So, I may have to wait another 7-10 days to play it on my PC when I pre-ordered the game nearly 3 weeks ago?

Come on, Microsoft. I'm a loyal customer. If you are not going to give us the codes on release day, at least give us a reason other than "it says it in the pre-order" description. Is there a technical issue we are not aware of? Can the servers not handle
all those downloads plus the Day One downloads?

Some transparency in this process would be appreciated.

 

I have not received my Windows 10 Code for this either. When will this go out?
