    I have bought the bundle Office 365 with 1 year of XBOX LIVE GOLD, in september 2013, but I've never received the activation code for XBOX LIVE GOLD.

    2 months ago, when my xbox live has expired, I thought that the my 1 year xbox live gold bought last year would be credited automatically. But unfortunately nothing happened.

    I called to Xbox Support, and they said me that in 30 days I would receive the 25 digits code for activation. But again, nothing happened.

    Now, I trying to contact support, but xbox support said me that I need to call to Office Support and Office Support said me that I need to call to Xbox Support.

    Anyone can help me?

  2. Bought Xbox live gold, got confirmation email, but do not work

    I bought Xbox Live Gold for a year in a store. I entered the code in my account, I received confirmation for activation of the prepaid 1 year Gold, but it do not work. When I log with my loggin, I cannot see the Live Gold and it is still offering me to buy
    GOLD. My kids are telling me that it do not work...

    What can I do?

    Purchased 1 year xbox live subscription (digital code) - order number 17343376358.

    Received activation code -

    Attempts to redeem the code result in the above error code being issued.

    Have followed instructions to wait and try again, always the same results.

    Error code checker doesn't recognise the above code.

    Please advise on how to redeem my code.

    Where did you purchase the Office bundle from? If it was the Microsoft Store then contact them to find out. Also, be sure to check out your spam folders in your email.

    I'm trying again by support. Let's see if they answer me.

    By support chat, they said that I need to call, because this issue cannot be solved by chat.

    I've try talk with support by phone, but nobody answers the call. In the last time, I waited for more than one hour until the connection was dropped.

    I'm thinking that I not will solve it. I'm very frustrated!

    When you buy any code whatever Xbox Live Gold, EA Access or Xbox Game Pass. So you have to activate it by the end of the year, if you do not activate it by the end of the year, the code will fail and you will not get any money back or you can claim the
    code. so always activate the code in that year. In short, all the codes are for the current year if you would activate the code for 1 month of membership on the last day of the year, so you will be active in January.
