Not received a requested rewards deposit

Hi, I requested a deposit of 2000 credits and it advised I would receive them on the 17th April. I have just spoken to Xbox support and they did advise it may be due to billing information which I have just updated. Can you confirm when I will receive my
credits? Thanks

Not received my reward credits

I requested a deposit of my rewards credits and they were meant to be deposited earlier this week, yet I have not received them. Could I have some help with resolving this issue?

Currency deposit date

Hi Support, around 10 days ago I requested an early deposit of my rewards points into my account; I have still not received the currency and when I check the webpage I cannot request an early deposit anymore. From my understanding, the points automatically
get deposited at 5,000 on the 15th/30th of each month, however I have had 7,000 points since the 13th when I requested an early deposit.

When will they arrive?

There was no deposit schedule for the 17th. If you requested the deposit on or after the 10th, they should be deposited at the end of this month.

You received this deposit on April 12th. You can review all deposit and Credit events from the MyStatement section of the MyStatement. It will also be listed on your commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account)
as a refund with a negative amount.

I've received the same thing. I've received a "$10 xbox live rewards deposit," and two "$5 xbox live rewards deposit." I thought this was kind of odd, as I did not request these. Also it states on the transaction record that these "deposits" are also "refunds." Weird!!!

Hi candd2009. The attempt made to deposit to your Microsoft account was in 2014. The Payment Operations team has put in a fix accounts with your deposit issue. On your Rewards page you can request for a deposit and it will be made on the 29th. If you are
still receiving a deposit issue notice, reach out to us again. Thanks!

Rewards credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, unless you request an early deposit. Early deposits will be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you request
the deposit. You have to have at least 1,000 credits pending in order to request an early deposit.
