    I got a offer for a $500,000 shark card code for gta if i bought 3 months of gold. I did but I never received a code.

    Codes from dashboard promotions are never given that quickly. If it was phone/chat support who told you 48 hours, they do not handle promotions so they do not have correct information.

    Qualified accounts will get it by November 2, 2017, they will receive a message through their Message Center containing a 5x5 code for a GTA:V Bull Shark Cash Card and a redeem link.

    Same exact problem here. Both me and my brother bought this and never got our GTA$ code. It is a scam to offer this, and not give us the promotional offer that was advertised initially.
