Not received £50 credit from FIFA 15 Bundle

Just wondering if there has been any updates to this

Also, does anyone know if you can retrieve deleted messages from your console, in case I deleted the message by accident

£50 xbox credits when buying the xbox one fifa 15 bundle?

almost 3 weeks ago I saw a deal on the xbox 360 dashboard stating that when you buy the xbox one fifa 15 bundle between the dates of 26th of september and the 10th of october, you would receive £50 xbox credits once receiving the xbox one. I purchased the
xbox one fifa 15 bundle from the microsoft website and on the 29th of september which is in the deals dates. However I have not yet received the £50 xbox credits or even any confirmation of receiving this in the near future. Can anyone explain to me why I
have not yet received the £50 xbox credits.

I still haven not received my £50 credit, and the customer support from Microsoft has been terrible!! Misses Quinzel, is there anything you can do, before I go to Trading Standards regarding this?!

• You should have seen a dashboard promotion on your Xbox 360. If it wasn't on this account, then please post a new thread here detailing your situation with the account that was signed in when you saw the promotion. Only the account that saw the dashboard
  promotion is eligible for the £50.
• Users were to purchase a console between 9/26/2014 and 10/10/2014, and set it as their Home Console before 10/10/2014 11:59PM GMT. If you are unsure about when your console was set as your Home Console, you may
  contact us via phone or chat support, and they should be able to assist you with that.
