Not received 3 month groove music pass after one month trial

Hi,

I have been redirected here after speaking to numerous Xbox live chat representatives, I recently took out the offer of 4 months groove music for free and read online that I was due to receive my 3 month code within 3-4 weeks of activation. My trial month
expired last night and after checking my xbox messages and my email inbox I have yet to receive the code, I have had other possible solutions from other chat agents but unfortunately nothing seemed to work and was advised to post in the forums, so a possible
replacement code could be issued.

I hope to hear back from you soon and appreciate any and all help that can be provided, many thanks guys!

I need help with the Grove Music pass 4 month trial

On Aug 31, 2017 I bought the Groove Music Pass 4 month free trial. The description said that I would receive my 3 month code in a few weeks. shortly after I placed that order I bought a 3 month Groove music pass using rewards points, and a 1 month pass for
100 points. I never received my three month for the 4 month sign up. How can I get this resolved?

Groove music didn't receive plus three code

I joined groove music with the black Friday deal. It's now been over 30 days and I did not receive my plus three code.

"Offer ends 31/12/16. One 30-day trial and 1 free promo code to be applied once free trial is completed. Signup requires a valid credit card. Before completion of the first trial month, customer will receive a promo code to be applied for 3 months of Groove
Music Pass. Customers eligible for a 30-day free trial will not be billed for their first month of service. Previous Zune, Xbox or Groove Music Pass trial customers are not eligible for this offer."

I responded to an email from Microsoft on 7/13/2016, signed up for a 30 day Groove Music Pass subscription on the promise by Microsoft for a 90 day Groove Music Pass access. A promo code has never been received. I was passed from one chat support representative
to another to another to another and then after spending 30 minutes was sent here. Maybe this will get resolved soon.

Their email stated "Rev up your summer soundtrack with 3 free months (90 days) of music.* Just sign up for Groove Music Pass, and after your first paid month ($9.99), we'll email you a promo code for your bonus months (as always, you can cancel anytime).
But hurry - this deal won't last forever."
