Not received 3 month groove code

Hi, I'm not sure if my problem can be resolved through here but I am having no luck with xbox support so thought it was worth a try!

I signed up for the '4 month free groove' by taking out a 1 month trial on 05/06/2017 and have not yet received my 3 month groove code. I signed up using the advert on my Xbox one dashboard and wondered if there is any way a code can be generated.

Groove 3 Month Code Not Received

I paid for my first month of Groove on 9/1/17. I am supposed to receive a code for 3 free months of Groove. I have not received this yet.

 

I have not received my 3 month free groove music code

I got the offer of taking up a free month trial of groove music and get 3 months free via code through the xbox messaging system. I have not received my code for the 3 months and it has been well over 30 days. I need my 3 month free code for groove music
like stated in the offer.
