my son bought a digital game and it froze on him would not play even after restarting xbox re-downloading game everything, asked Microsoft to refund my son's money they would not do it,There buttheads.

We all understand how you feel about this ban, but as has been mentioned there are rules put in place to protect the majority, and it is up to all of us in the community to make sure everyone feels safe while playing whatever game. In future perhaps refrain
