Not reading one game...

Discus and support Not reading one game... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I put fallout shelter in. Game I had for awhile. Works fine. I take it out. Out Diablo 3 in.     Not reading one game...


    I put fallout shelter in. Game I had for awhile. Works fine. I take it out. Out Diablo 3 in. Game brought brand-new. Not a single smudge on the disc. It was in plastic never opened. Refuses to **** read.... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Xbox one not reading games

    So last week my XBONE stopped working all of a sudden (stuck on GSoD) after i got past that, the console stopped reading disks. I can still play KI no problem but now my physical games won't read. The "insert xbox one game" message comes out. Any help? I
    really don't want to have to send it in

    Not reading one game...

    Try doing a hard reset. Hold the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Wait a minute then turn it back on and try again.

    Xbox One will not read games.

    Sounds like a faulty disc drive so you would need to send it off for repair which is free if it's still under warranty although i'm not sure how that works with the kind of console you have.

    Machine was new it is not worth the hassle to fix digital is sketchy too buyers beware

    It's most likely a faulty Xbox. I would contact support about getting a replacement sent.
