    I posted this to see if anyone could help. I wanted to do the promotion about invited peope using a referral link to get gift cards, but pain clicking on the link, it says I wasn't qualified. But I read the terms and conditions and I have all the requirements.
    I don't know why it won't let me do the promotion

    Haven't received free Ea access from banner on dashboard.

    In order to qualify for dashboard promotions, you have to purchase the gold directly through the promotion. Redeeming a code does not qualify as a purchase.

    If you qualify for the $1 promotion, then yes that is correct.

    If you don't qualify, you will be charged the standard amount for Ultimate.
