Not possible to earn free tickets and free money in the shop

Hello.

It's not possible to earn the free tickets and money in the shop. Those where to watch the advertising. Every time when I click on them the game crashes.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble! How is your PC connected to the internet? Generally trouble like this is due to network connection troubles.

I'm sorry for the late reply! I didn't saw that somebody answered.

My PC is connected via network cable. I believe that's not the problem because buying coins and tickets with real currency works great.

Let's try uninstalling the game, restart your PC and then reinstall it to see if there's a change with the advertisements playing.

 

I've done that many times. No change. Microsoft Solitaire Collection works fine. Advertisements are playing. I've no idea what else to do.

 

Super odd that advertisements are working with other games.

Are you able to sign out of your account in Bingo and then sign back in to see if there's any change with advertisement streaming?

 

I've disabled the firewall, uninstalled and restarted the computer, then reinstalled the game - many times. Signed out and then signed back in with my brothers user-account. No change.

In the meantime, I do not care. I don't want to earn the free stuff anymore. I've no nerves for that bug.
