You can try the following:

First, check that all purchased games appear as completed in your account order history:

Modify the time filter so that all purchases appear and not just those made in the last 3 months.

If everything appears as expected in your purchase history, try syncing your account licenses with your Xbox console using the following procedure:

In your console settings, go to the “Account” section and select the “Delete Accounts” option, then choose your account. This will delete your profile from the console, but your data will remain intact, don't worry.

With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console and hold it for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

Reconnect the power cable to the console and turn it on as usual.

Add the account back to your console so that all your profile information is downloaded again. This process must be quick.

Check if all your games now appear in your library.

Also, make sure you sign in to your Xbox with the correct account that originally purchased the games, as there is a chance you are using a different one.

First thing is to check if you still own the game on your Microsoft Account, order section.

If you can find it in the order section, you should be able to contact the store support and ask them to reinstate the game to your account.

If you cannot find the game in the order section of Microsoft Account, then, you will have to dig deeper into your email, and get the Order confirmation and then reach out to support.

If there is no order confirmation anywhere, then, I guess, the game is gone, and you will just have to buy it again.

One more thing, I hope you are not talking about the "Game Pass" version of the game. I think, GTA V is no longer part of the game pass, in which case, obviously, the game would be missing from your account as it is no longer part of gamepass.

The games were delisted so they're not longer available for purchase in the store. So it may not show properly there. If you're looking for the One version, check in your Games and Apps in Ready to Install (under Full Library). If you own them, they'll
show under there.

That's the thing, I don't own them and they're not in my library but both say owned when browsing. Probably just a glitch, didn't know they'd been delisted

I've owned the game for about a year and haven't had any issues with it freezing on my Xbox.
