    NOT MY XBOX PROFILE (HELP DELETE FROM PC)


    I do not own an XBOX console and when I opened solitaire on my PC the following xbox live profile was there.

    I am the only person that has access to my laptop. I do not recognize this profile name and it is definitely NOT a name that I would have created.

    I reviewed my microsft account profile and changed my email & password.

    When I reopened solitaire the new email was now listed for the XBOX profile.

    Can you please provide instructions on how I can delete or at the minmum change the XBOX profile without having a console?

    Have you tried claiming the game from your profile on xbox.com on the pc then set it to download to your Xbox from there? also you may have a corrupt download, try deleting it then set it to download from xbox.com.

    I would recommend changing your data directly from your PC in your microsoft profile if that doesn't work try deleting and downloading your xbox profile

    Unfortunately on PC it is not possible to manage this data, if the game saves the progress in the cloud and not locally, as it can be the case of Minecraft, it is not possible to delete them from the profile, this option is only available for games from Xbox consoles.

    Deleting profile from xbox

    If you delete your GamerTag profile off your Xbox 360, it gives you the option whether you would like to keep the items that are associated with the account, if you choose to delete the items you WILL lose Game saves, which are non-recoverable, as well as
    DLC, which can be re downloaded again at any time. If you delete the account, all of the items which you have purchased with the account stay (DLC and such things), GamerScore also stays. You could try deleting the DLC itself (Go into Memory>Fallout New Vegas>DLC
    Name and delete), you can then re download the DLC from the Marketplace for free.
