so when i go to services and subscriptions it says ( something happened on our end and we cant show the data at the moment , waiting might help, ive waited for so long and it says the same thing.

For any case, do have any due payment? If yes, you can only deactivate the auto renew option after paying. If this is not your case you should follow the instruction posted above.
