    I recently installed Gta 5 again so I can play, but the app will open and immediately close out. Its not giving me a error code. I restarted my xbox one, uninstalled the game the reinstalled, unplugged my xbox, replaced the game disc and its still not
    working. I put in a different game disc and that one works. I need help.

    Hey there Jbear888,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get this game running smoothly. I can totally understand how this could be pretty concerning/confusing. Seeing as uninstalling the game did not help resolve the problem, I suggest trying
    what we call a soft factory reset of the console. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Once you have verified that your network is set up adequately and you know all the sign in information for your gamertags, follow the steps here on

    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One     and select the option denoted reset and keep your games & apps.


    When and if you can, give let us know if that helped.
