Not letting me get into my account

Hi this is a account that I just made so I can ask a question because I am locked out of my main account. So their I tried to get on my account one day and it said that I their was suspicious activity on it and it
had logged me out. Than it brought me to this thing to verify it was me and it said it would send a code to another email that was linked to it. So I am not sure if that email was typed in wrong or is not wrong cause I never got the email. Than their was another
option that said "don't have this email anymore" so I clicked that. After clicking that it, it had me fill in a bunch of information that only I would know to verify it was me so I did that and even after doing that it I got a email saying it was not enough
information and it wouldn't sign me in. I have repeated this process many times and have searched up videos and even tried to contact microsoft, but nothing has worked. So if anyone knows what I can do to fix this problem can help me that would be amazing.

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

hey,

i definitely have the same issue but mine is a little more complicated than that. my childhood Xbox account hasn't been signed in for at lease 3 years. I no longer have access to the recovery information for that account and the recovery emails.

i wish i could actually get on the phone with a support agent to recover my account.

also my security question is so out of date i have no way of knowing the answer of that specific question either.. also the email that is used to recover the account is my brothers and he no longer has access to that live account anymore either..

Have you tried to add your account following the steps below?

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

3. Enter the email address and password for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences.
