Not letting me download player inknown’s battleground

other games download and update fine on my Xbox but for whatever reason it is not allowing me to download player unkowns battleground. Purchased it and have it working on another Xbox . I had to uninstall it on the Xbox one s I just got because it was having
an error (didn’t make note of the code, I think it was 0x0b) tried to uninstall and reinstall but it won’t let me reinstall. Before this was happening it said something about me playing offline but I clearly had to be online to play this game. When I go to
download it just working on it and I can leave plugged for ours and it won’t even hit 1%

Not letting me play.

Hello, I am just gonna get straight to the point so here it is. Alright I just downloaded Grand theft auto san andreas. And its giving me this error when I try starting. The game couldn't start. Try downloading the game again. For more help, visit support.
I have downloaded it twice now and it wont work.

Hey dude I have this game also but it won't let me play because I can't download the update for it. Did/Can you download the update for San Andreas?

Hope the issue is ok now sorry no ones replied to you . If have this issue again in the future try resetting your router or you can delete the game and reinstall it again . or you can come back to us and we will help resolve the issue

Hi! Please try these possible solutions on order to see if they fix the issue:

1. Perform a power cycle:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

2. If the power cycle doesn't work, try to remove your profile from the console and download it again afterwards.

3. If none of the above worked, do a factory reset with keeping your games and apps (so that you don't have to install them again):

I think the PVP players are too aggressive. There needs to be a battlegrounds so people just doing quests aren't ganked constantly lol

To start things off, here's a few questions to help us get a better idea of the situation:

Are you able to play the single player challenges in Red Faction: Battlegrounds?
Are you able to play multiplayer in other games?
Are you able to create your own multiplayer games in Red Faction: Battlegrounds?

At first glance it looks like this game is just a couple years old (it was released on 4/6/2011) and the population has moved on by now. If you're able to play multiplayer in other games with no issues and you're able to create games in Red Faction: Battlegrounds,
it looks like there just aren't any other people playing multiplayer in this game at the same time that you're playing it.
