power cycle. If you are playing on PC, try to verify that you have the GPU drivers updated to the latest version.

The link that Zineb posted is extremely useful.

However, I did notice it doesn’t suggest a few tips that have proved to help me in the past!

1. Try uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it, but onto a different hard drive if you have one. If the game works on a different hard drive, then the internal one (which I’m assuming is what you’ve installed GTA V on) may be experiencing an issue loading the game. I had this exact issue a while back, where I had to uninstall a game off of my SSD onto the internal hard drive, and then back on to my SSD.

2. On top of that, you could try loading the game whilst being disconnected from your WiFi. So you’ll need to be completely offline. Again, a game I have had this exact problem with, namely NFS: Rivals, which refuses to load unless disconnected from the internet.

Give these steps a try. If these don’t work, let us know and I’ll see what else I can pull from my box of tricks.

I’ve tried every one of those things and searched it online and it seems that no one else is having this problem, is this where I just give up?

I tried to launch outer worlds on my pc but it just exits out without launching the game.

Thé Game Outer Worlds will launch Friday. Then you can launch it.
