    I began receiving the error Microsoft Jigsaw and Taptiles currently not available in your account. Here's the error code, incase you need it 0x803F8001. I have been playing and paying for premium editions since 2014. I play the daily challenges every day
    but now I cannot play. Does anyone know what is going on. I tried to uninstall taptile which it did but now I cannot install it. This all began about 3 days ago after I received an update. I have tried backing out the update with no luck. Please help I know
    that I cannot be the only one having this problem. If any one was able to fix the problem please let me know what you did.

    Live Account over 360 and Xbox One

    Doesn't this work exactly the same way as PSN. It isn't your Xbox that has an account it is YOU the gamer have an XBL account.

    YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on your XB360 and it works.

    YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on another XB360 and it works

    YOU log into YOUR ACCOUNT on XB1 and it works.

    Live Account over 360 and Xbox One

    With the xbox one your account will be in the cloud so you just log onto your account on there xbox one and you can then use all your games as well

    The error code 0x803F8001 means that the game license is not recognized by your account. To resolve your concern, we recommend that you register Windows Store under your user account again.

    Here are some solutions that you can perform on your computer:

    Solution 1. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the run troubleshooter button on this link.

    Solution 2. Reset Windows Store to clear store cache.

    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.   
    2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).   
    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.   

    Solution 3. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app to update it.

    1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.  
    2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.  
    3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage  
    4. Hit Enter.  
    5. Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.  
    6. Open the game through Xbox App.  

    Solution 4. Register Windows Store again on your computer.

    1. Press the Windows key + X on your keyboard, and then select Command Prompt (Admin).
    2. Type the following command: PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command "& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"
    3. Restart your computer, and then launch test your games again.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.

    There is a problem with your account

    What Xbox console is your daughter using? Is it a Xbox 360 console or Xbox One?

    Have your daughter go to
    https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage
    and have her check her security information (i.e. secondary email addresses or phone number to receive security codes from Microsoft, to be able to recover her account should the password get lost).

    After she made sure the security information is correct, she should scroll down on the page and enable "Two Step Verification", and if she has a Smartphone, set up the free Authenticator App to make her account hacking-proof.

    If she is trying to play on a Xbox 360, she then needs to create a so-called "App Password", and use that later, when she tries to sign in on the Xbox 360. On Xbox One this is not necessary.

    As for the privacy settings, I'm a bit confused with your description.

    Who signed in where?

    Normally, you as the parent go to
    https://account.microsoft.com/family
    and sign in with your own adult account. Then you add your daughter's account to the family.

    After you did that, you as the parent go to
    https://account.xbox.com/settings
    and should see your daughter's account picture next to yours.

    Click on your daughter's picture, and set up her online and privacy settings accordingly.
