Not Hipster update Problem

I have installed all the relevant updates for GTA V including patches for Xbox 360 & Rockstar, and yet.....

I try to go online and I get a message saying that I have not installed all the updates and links me to the store - WHERE I HAVE DOWNLOADED EVERYTHING -

YET....

I get a message again saying the same bloody thing. Thus ending up in a constant loop where I cannot go online.

I have gone into settings and deleted the both the not hipster update & general GTA update & re-installed both files; 'the update' when asked to when joining the game and the 'Not hipster update' in the game's store [originally downloaded from dashboard
storefront] AND STILL get this annoying message.

THE FUNNY THING IS..... Offline the hipster update works!!!!

It's not letting me download the new update "I'm Not A Hipster" Please HELP me

 

Hipster Update?

I feel ya Mafivee. It was nice to get something rather than another super car though. I see them as more as fun cars than serious driving machines except the Dubsta though. That thing is a beast. We were rolling around last night trying to put 1 dent in
it. I admit we didnt try for long but we failed.

 

I'm having the same issue, but finding no information on it. I tried reinstalling everything too, nothing works.

 

Look under ALL the updates on the in-game store. If they all say "INSTALLED" you are golden and I can't help you further. If one says "PURCHASED", then just reinstall it.

 

Yes what Legend said. You are missing the actual DLC. It takes both the update and the downloaded DLC to work. How do SO many people miss this.

 

When you start up GTAV there is a mandatory update. Obviously you have to download this. Then after story mode starts up switch to online. You'll be prompted to download the Compatibility Packs for each individual update from the Store.

(Don't know why but Xbox users have to download a compatibility pack)
