Not Happy that my Gamer Pic has Disappeared?

Hello,

I have had an Xbox account since day one(I was a European beta tester for Xbox live), early in the Xbox's 360s life you released a series of "Gamer Profile Pics" to represent the gaming forums that existed at the time. Mine was an Evil Avatar pic you could download that was the forums own design, it was very good looking profile pic IMHO and I enjoyed using it. All of a sudden it has disappeared, only to be replaced by a lame picture of a football and I have tried to get it back but I have had no luck. Where the hell has my profile picture gone too? I don't want your rubbish new ones, I just want to use my old picture that I have been using since the 360 community profile pics were released! This was working fine up until a couple of weeks ago so it is not a console issue.

These were also not taking up any storage space on your servers so if you have disposed of them then I will not be happy at all.

I have had a similar issue…my picture has changed to one of my avatar for no apparent reason. Sorry I can’t offer a solution - just as frustrated as you are!

I’m having the same issue at the moment, I logged onto my Xbox the other day and my custom gamer pic has been removed and all my friends have default gamer pics, my friends can still see my custom gamer pic but I can’t see anyones

Edit: I restarted my console and I can see my custom gamer pic but no one elses

As StewartAtTrueRed mentioned Xbox has temporarily disabled custom gamer pics. The ability to use a custom gamer pic has actually been temporarily disabled for all of players on Xbox try using a Xbox default gamer pic
