Not happy.about the rewards the app offers.

Just downloaded the app for my xbox, opened it up and I'm being offered rewards that either I already have and can't claim, or my xbox won't allow me to claim.

The first is purchase a xboxonex. I already have one. I click on the link and it tells me that it can't be found and to try again. As stated I already have a Onex bit I can't claim this reward.

The second I'd for sea of thieves. I got this game on the day of release, I click the link and it takes me to the store but I can't claim the reward.

The last one which showed up today is for the FarCry 5 season pass. I bought this already and again clicking the link tells me I already own it and it won't allow me to claim the reward.

Now either way you look at this it's a.bad service. The rewards on offer shouldn't be something I already own and then can't claim. And if I do own them, and purchased them as a day one customer why are people who are late to the party getting rewarded over
me being the first to celebrate these releases.

It's a poor showing for a service for customers who are loyal to Xbox.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
support.Keep in mind if anything was purchased before the offers began, they may not be eligible.

You can see all current offers via the Microsoft Rewards app on the console or by going to http://account.microsoft.com/rewards There are different offers on the website than the ones listed on the app.

Those are not Rewards offers so they would not show on the Rewards site.

I have emailed them twice about this now. Once was on Sunday and yesterday as well.
