Discus and support not got febuary quest reward in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I'm.not getting anywhere and I see it why put up a game quest reward and u cant give it, what's the point I wasted 10hrs doing febuary riddle which mad...     not got febuary quest reward


    I'm.not getting anywhere and I see it why put up a game quest reward and u cant give it, what's the point I wasted 10hrs doing febuary riddle which mad max and its now the 3rd of April, if riddle completed u get bigger quest reward and entered the xbox one
    gold, I like this solved pleased as gone to far

    so where the febuary quest riddle which I completed not recived bigger reward or freee entry to xbox one gold sweep stake if xbox cant delivery why do these quest

    This forum is for the Xbox Live Rewards program located at https://rewards.xbox.com.

    Game Pass and Gold Quests are handled separately from that program. Your best option is to contact support and notify them of an issue with the tracking of the rewards. I had to do this at one point and they were able to correct the issue via chat support.
    I've done all this and being passed the buck and becoming annouying and even ......... Stupid I was told by one of the ambassadors to post it on ere what a ........... Joke

    I'm an ambassador and an actual former Xbox team member myself. Support is the correct route to take.

    I've done that and none of the team are reporting back, its the 4th day now and seems more a scam, I can see why ppl move to playstation as its all free but xbox charge and cant follow thro with quest that ppl do
