    there was a new way to get point that said if u could buy or rent 3 movies over 4 dollars it would give u 2,500 point i bought four movies over 4 dollars and never got the point and i am very upset right now and will leave a compliant

    Yeah I forgot to mention that. But yes I've checked it, and it is under United States from where I'm from. But like I've said I bought stuff with this currency before on the Xbox One. But when I added a credit card to it. Then it started to act up. =)

    Do the region settings on your console match the currency you have in your Microsoft account?

    I read on the forums a thread where someone else had this problem and they fixed it by changing the region settings on the xbox to match the currency in their Microsoft account.

    The same thing happened to me. I used my points to pay for them, and the program took my points away but didn't give me the puzzles.

    How can I get the Iceland puzzles that I bought?
