Discus and support Not given giftcard in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I was watching mixer hypezone and it said if i brought 1000 vbucks i would get a £4 gift card and it has been a couple of months and i still haven't...     I was watching mixer hypezone and it said if i brought 1000 vbucks i would get a £4 gift card and it has been a couple of months and i still haven't had the gift card through.

    I give up i spoke to xbox and they said speak to mixer i spoke to mixer and they said go to xbox....

    At this point your best bet is to follow up with Mixer staff and request that they see your recent purchases of the mixer website (have screenshots) and that you aren't getting answers for either them or xbox support. You can also show them the broken link
    that leads to nowhere on the xbox forums. Unfortunately its up to them after that if they want to follow through and award you or on lack of proof or grounds that you did buy it (even though im sure you did) they can't. Sorry Not given giftcard :(

    Please contact microsoft support at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/ and share this issue with them, you can also bring proof with screenshots of your purchase of 1000 vbucks via mixer to help support your case,
    this looks like it is happening to several individuals.
