Not getting Xbox rewards

According to rewards support they should be restocking items. Microsoft does not run the Xbox Rewards program so the amount of credits they get is dependent on what they get from Microsoft.

Is there any free way of getting Xbox Live Rewards points as there is with Microsoft Rewards, besides the survey? I'm looking for a quick and free way of getting XBL Rewards points.

I have both XBox live rewards and Microsoft rewards. Will I still get my XB rewards credits converted into MS rewards points on my existing MS rewards?

You are registered as a US Rewards member. This means you can only be rewarded for purchases in USD. Since your purchases last year were all in a different regional currency, they were not eligible for Rewards. Your recent purchase did not award Credits
because it was not eligible for any offers. Since you are a zero star MyVIP member, you do not get MyVIP payback for your non-offer purchases, so you were not Rewarded in that way either. For future reference, you can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Based on your registration date, you may not be aware that in September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals.
Furthermore, MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. For example, your most recent deposit on the 11th this month is still in your Microsoft Account as USD. Your previous deposit from February 8th of 5800 Credits (5.80 USD) was already spent on a
Halo Wars 2 pre-order on February 12th.
