    Not getting validation for movie rentals for missions on rewards.xbox.com


    I've rented 3 movies that were in the new release area for a mission on rewards.xbox.com. The mission is called calling all Movie Buffs and t.v. addicts under the mymissions tab, it will be the first one listed which consists of renting a new release movies spending
    a total of $30 before tax which the movies I've rented were under the see new release movies option on the page. The movies I've rented were The Hitmans bodyguard, Logan's Lucky, and Atomic blonde all 3 were under the see new release movies option. Trying
    to get help on why I'm not receiving validation for doing this.

    validation not recieved

    movie rental (The Mummy) on1/1/2018 did not receive credit for my missions called (calling all movie and tv buffs.

    Xbox One S/Scorpio 4K UHD movie rentals?

    Not sure if you are still curious about this but the first 4K rental I saw on the Microsoft Movies app was Lego Batman for rental or purchase.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. We have corrected your Hitman's Bodyguard purchase to award progress for this offer. Regarding your recent purchase on the 10th however, please note that it can take us up to 96 hours to receive and process new purchase information.
    At the current time, we have only just received this purchase, and are currently processing it for Rewarding.

    Not all movies are available for rental. Sometimes Microsoft only gets the option to sell the movie.

    According to the sales from that site, that movie was not eligible for the promotion. The movie was part of a rental sale, but rentals are not part of the promotion. aka.ms/gamerflicks
