    If you download far cry 5 you get 6000 points and if you download Minecraft Xbox one edition you get 3000 points. I own both games but did not get the points at all.

    Unless you were referred by a friend, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing the survey.

    Per the program's FAQ, 5,000 credits is equal to £3. So you did receive the correct amount.

    Right. And Microsoft does not give refunds. So if you spend the points and can't download the games, you won't be able to get your points back.
