Not getting the 1 250 credits for buying digital Games

I have brought at least 4 games that were worth $60 or more and I did not receive the reward credits is this a scam or what, it clearly states "Never made a purchase from the Xbox Store? Now's the time to grab that game, movie, TV show, or special avatar
item you've been eyeing! After all, you'll get 1,250 Rewards Credits just for making it yours." on the rewards page, So I should have received those credits ,Where are they? This is so unfair, what will it take to get those credits ?

Also with the program going on claim the bonus, then you'll be bumped up to the highest tier for VIP status rewards for all digital purchases. If you buy digital, do this and you'll get like 15 back or something crazy.

So make sure if you are digital, you claim that extra tier before buying more and any games you buy until dec 31st are credited back at that higher percent.

Titanfall FREE with new Xbox One purchase? Big FU to Day One adopters from Microsoft!

I'd be taking more of an issue with the pre-order incentive through the Microsoft store if you buy disk based ($10 digital credit) vs buying a digital copy of Titanfall and getting nothing. Way to support the digital format...

 

How did you make the purchases? In order to qualify for that offer, the purchase has to be made using currency from your Microsoft account balance. Credit card/Paypal purchases are not eligible.

As Smwutches says, this offer is only for your first purchase made using your Microsoft Account as the payment method. Also, all activity takes up to 96 hours to be picked up and updated, so if you have recently made your purchase, it will not appear for
a few days.
