Not getting SMS Code Verification from XBOX Support

I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with recovering your account. We are very glad to help you out to find some of the best possible options and troubleshooting's that we can provide for you.

We do understand the experience that you are facing right now on recovering your account and appreciated all the time and efforts within how many attempts to recovering and still there where no differences. We here on Microsoft Community we do have very limited resources on recovering ones account since we do not have the specific tools here to check on your account and the option for us to do that is to refer you on the Xbox Live Support which you had already have done it and still there are no changes.

I'm so sorry for what you're going through, Sign in to the Advanced Security Options page of your Microsoft account. Expand the verification option and select Remove.

If that option does not work, I recommend checking your spam folder, the code may arrive.
