Not Getting Rewards From Purchases

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

From the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. However, keep in mind that pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and will not award payback, as mentioned in the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress
at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

We see multiple payback events for your eligible purchases. Keep in mind that as mentioned, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP.

Regarding Games on Demand, only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since only your pre-orders of Dead Rising 4 and Call of Duty were within the offer period, you only received two punches, and therefore did not complete the
offer.

Was one of your pre-orders Resident Evil 7 by chance? If so, then those rewards are not deposited until 96 hours after the title launches (so on January 27th). If you did not pre-order that game then the staff will have to review your purchases and see what
the issue may be.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically takes 1-2 business days to reply. They do not work weekends so you may not hear from them until Monday.

This was with the previous one with all games released over a month ago 😞
