Certain games also give you different gamer pictures as rewards for completing certain tasks.

October Monster Rewards not received.

I completed all 4 steps to the my mission for October. Where I had to spend $45 on game/movies. I only received Level 2 reward for Avatar items and only received 1,000 points when it says you get 2,000 for completing. Did not get rewards for buying Outlast
2, Resident Evil, Poltergeist, The Hills have Eyes, Tales from the crypt purchases. I was not awarded the rewards for getting achievements 3 in Outlast2 and 2 in Resident Evil and this didn’t get the rewards for completing the mission. Nor did I get rewards
for completing all tasks. I have waited 96hrs and it never updated, Please advise.

Credits for that offer should show as pending about 15 days after the game ships as long as you purchased it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com on or after March 7.

Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

Since it has not yet been 15 days since your purchase, the Credits have not yet been awarded.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Microsoft Rewards. I recommend logging into your Microsoft
Rewards account.

Then go to the rewards request form and submit a
form for them to look into. Sometimes takes a little bit for the quests to update also.

Rewards points are not the same as gamerscore. The 37k you see on Xbox is your achievement score. The points on Rewards are gained by completing rewards tasks. The achievement score is just for show. It gets you nothing. Your rewards points are the only ones that can be used to acquire things.
