    Not getting rewards/credits for purchases?


    Looking at my past statements for xbox live rewards, I don't seem to have received any of the 'cash back' for my VIP Star Rank since the end of February. Since that time, I have spent around $350.00

    Now, I have gotten other credits for promos and events but just not the VIP Star Rank benefits it seems.

    Is there some sort of delay or glitch? I understand that not all my purchase might quality but none of them?

    Aside from that, I do like the program. Thanks!

    Support will check into your March rebate, but April's rebate has been delayed while they fix an issue.

    As specified in our FAQ, you cannot be Rewarded twice for a single purchase, so your purchases in March that completed Warrior Rewards, Rogue One, and Simply Rewarding last month did not also award payback. The relevant FAQ entry:



    What type of Rewards can I earn?

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
    missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

    To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
    based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

    Regarding your April purchases, we have determined that a change in the preview program has caused an issue with MyVIP rewarding. We have delayed payback for April purchases until we can ensure that all our members are appropriately Rewarded. Once we can
    confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an issue affecting some of our preview program members that caused us to delay MyVIP payback for April to ensure that they were being properly Rewarded. We have since resolved the issue, and are currently in the
    process of awarding April's MyVIP. You should see these Credits appear shortly.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates (April's

    I have a four star level but I was unaware that April's awards were delayed.
