Not getting reward for Pe Orders

Not sure why but when I preordered injustice 2 I didn't get any rewards for it. All other purchases that month, were issued reward points.

Not getting my rewards for 4 pre orders

In order to receive credits for preordwrs, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time that you preorder. For example, if you prworder Call of Duty after October 1, it would count as a punch tiwards your games on demand punchcard.
You would have needed 2 other eligible purchases in order to conplete the offer and receive the credits. None of the other games you listed were part of that offer so you wouldnt have completed it.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

Not getting my rewards for 4 pre orders

hi I am not getting my rewards for some reason I have pre ordered FIFA 18 forza 7 project cars 2 call of duty ww2 and also paid for 12month Xbox Live and didn’t get one reward point but every other year I have received my rewards and been more than happy
as I am always buying game thought the store can any one help out please thanks.

There have not been any offers to receive credits just for preordering that game. It would have counted as a punch towards your Games on Demand punchcard and you would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive credits.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. From our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons,
themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

Since your purchase was a pre-order, it did not award MyVIP payback.

Did you get the email with the redeem code for minecraft.net/redeem ?

In order to obtain the details of your reward, please go to your Order History and scan through the list of your orders. Look for the reward in question and at the far-right, click the Order Details button to get your redemption code or link. Select Resend if you want a copy of your confirmation email and/or select Order Details if you want to get the details of your reward.

I have tried Blair witch, worms, Halo and Pes 2019. All counts. Maybe is a good thing to conntact rewards support. They are allways helpful and compenzate for any loss. At least that is mine experience.
